Kathleen Canfield, Esq.
Kathleen is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. She also owns and runs Canfield Farm, LLC, where she raises a variety of animals.
Kathleen is a graduate of The Governor's School for Government and International Studies (now Maggie Walker). She received her B.A. with a major in English and minor in Religious Studies from VCU. She attended Regent University School of Law.
She started her career as a teacher in Miami, teaching middle and high school English and History. Kathleen started her legal career as a paralegal at Canfield, Baer & Heller, PLLC, where she practiced as a paralegal while attending law school, eventually becoming an associate attorney. Kathleen then became partner in Canfield, Wells and Kruck, PLLC.
Kathleen Kruck then became Kathleen Canfield in 2019 while residing in Florida, where she worked as a litigation analyst and adjuster for Security First Insurance and Harbor Claims, LLC. Kathleen and her husband relocated back to Virginia to spend time with their amazing granddaughters.
Mediation Services
Mediations are billed at a flat rate of $800.00 per party. An invoice for the Flat Fee charge of $800.00 per party will be sent automatically to each party by our automated system and is due 14 days before the scheduled mediation. If a party has not paid prior to the Due Date, they must provide payment immediately upon request in order for the scheduled date of the mediation to be held. Each mediation will be scheduled via Zoom and will be for a three hour block.
